Previously each bath resurfacer answered his own enquiries. However, some clients were unhappy that often we were unavailable to answer or took a while to respond to email or voicemail. This was due to the nature of our work: often we would be out of signal coverage and you can't answer the phone while spraying a bath or give a caller all the attention they should have while driving and negotiating traffic. We have therefore centralized all the enquiries to be handled by my wife Dorothy who has worked in and around the business for over 25 years. She is fully familiar with all situations and I am always available to help or advise with any obscure technical points. 

In order that we can be available for enquiries at anytime, day, evening or weekend, we use a mobile phone to be easily contactable.
We form a network of owner operator outlets and cover most of the UK. Because what we do is quite specialised it is natural for us to travel quite a distance to our clients so if you don’t see one local to you in the list of our outlets, offices and units don’t assume we don’t cover your area because we probably do.
